Effective 4 November 2026
Data disclosure
A short guide to how Casitel uses what you send through a tool, and what stays yours.
Version 1.0, 4 November 2026. This page is a short guide. The Submission Terms are the contract, and they control. The Privacy Notice covers personal data.
1. Who we are. Casitel is operated by Lewga FZC LLC, trading as Casitel, formation number 4426932, registered office Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
2. What you give us. You give us two kinds of information. Project information covers land, assets, power, pricing, costs, mandates and compute. Contact details are your name, email, phone and role. Any files you upload may hold both.
3. Why we ask. We use your submission to review your request and to decide whether to take it forward. We also use project information to build and improve Casitel's data and products.
4. What we keep. We keep project information. You give us a lasting licence to do so, and it continues after your request ends. Companies and other businesses give this licence in full. If you are a private individual, we keep your information in identifiable form only for a limited time. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you and your land.
5. What we do not do. We do not sell your contact details. We do not name you or your project without your permission. We do not show your files to counterparties. What we publish is combined or de-identified.
6. Your personal data rights. The law gives you rights over personal data. These may include access, correction, deletion and objection. This disclosure and the Submission Terms do not take those rights away. The law sets limits on them too. For example, we may keep what we need for a legal claim.
7. What deletion covers. If you ask us to delete personal data, we delete it or de-identify it unless a legal exception applies. We keep information that is not personal data, and data that no longer identifies anyone. We cannot take your contribution back out of combined data.
8. Send only what you may share. Do not send documents under an NDA unless you have permission. You can remove names from a quote before you upload it. Do not send ID documents, bank details or sensitive personal data. If a title deed shows an ID number, cover it.
9. No promise of a reply. A person may prepare a free report if a request qualifies. We may decline any request. We do not have to reply, give a reason or meet a date.
10. No advice. Nothing we send is a valuation, an offer, a recommendation, or legal, financial, investment or engineering advice. A range or a date is an estimate. Take your own advice.
11. Limits on liability. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows. The Submission Terms set this out, with different terms for businesses and private individuals. Nothing removes a right that the law protects.
12. Versions. Each version has a number and a date. The version you accept applies to that submission. A later version does not change it.
13. Questions. Write to hello@casitel.com about personal data or anything else, including a concern that a submission holds your confidential material.
